MOVEMENT 

            It's movement that gives us healthy joints, strong bones, physical strength, good circulation; including cardiovascular circulation, good coordination and reflex reactivity; improved learning skills and concentration, and mental well-being. Without it we would deteriorate.

NUTRITION

         Nutrition is a critical part of health and development. Better nutrition is related to improved infant, child and maternal health, stronger immune systems, safer pregnancy and childbirth, lower risk of non-communicable diseases (such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease), and longevity.        

​RESILIENCE AND MINDFULNESS

          One way to build emotional resilience is through mindfulness practices that strengthen the logical and emotional centres of our brain. This increases our awareness of and attention in the present moment, through which we experience emotions without judgment and regulate our behavioural response to them.

SLEEP

         Sleep allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and stave off diseases. Without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly. This can impair your abilities to concentrate, think clearly, and process memories.

ANTI-AGING

         Anti-aging is defined as to slowing, preventing, or reversing the aging process in human body. 
          Anti-ageing treatment -Eat a healthy balanced diet. De-stress yourself through exercise, meditation and massage.
